The Challenge
Fire closed the manufacturer’s primary production facility. Operations needed to be immediately relocated from the California facility to production facilities in Texas and South Carolina. Production in those facilities had to be increased by 60% to offset losses. Temporary labor solutions had been unsuccessful due to cost, turnover, and productivity issues.
Our Approach
